1. What is the subscription service?
Our subscription service offers regular delivery of refill tubs every 2 months. By subscribing, you enjoy 10% off from every refill tub orders.
Note: You will receive refill tub based on the scent you choose. If you've added 2 different scents and it is under "Subscribe and save" , then you will receive 2 refill tub that you choose every 2 months under the subscription service. *If you wish to have one-time purchase for one of the scent, please select one-time purchase when you add to cart OR you can change it under account setting.
2. How do I sign up for a subscription?
To sign up, select "Subscribe and save" option when you add to cart your favourable scent and With casing or not casing. Do note that you can choose to have casing + refill on your first order then it will automatically swap to refill only on your next order, so you won't be receiving casing every month. You'll need to create an account or log in to manage your subscription.
3. Can I customize my subscription?
Yes! You can customize your subscription by choosing specific variant to be sent in the next order, pausing/cancelling your subscription, adjusting delivery frequency, etc. Simply log in to your account and go to the [Manage Subscription] section to make changes.
4. When will I be billed?
Billing occurs on your first orders and subsequently it will be 2 months after your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your billing details after each charge.
5. What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails, we'll notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. If the issue persists, your subscription may be paused until payment is received. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid interruptions.
